Instalacion de Quanta+

Hola a todos.
Antes de nada deciros que soy nuevo en esto de linux y que no estoy seguro de si este es el foro correcto para formular la siguiente pregunta.
Estoy instalando Quanta plus en un Linux Suse 9.3 y cuando ejecuto ./configure tal y como me dice el procedimiento de instalacion me da el siguiente error:

Con lo que no me deja usar el make.

¿¿Que puedo hacer??
