Problemas con vmware y la configuración de red. Ayuda.

He conseguido instalar vmware, y también instalar un win xp bajo él. Es sólo que vmware no me reconoce la tarjeta de red, ya que al arrancar la imagen virtual siempre me ha dicho hasta ahora:

Could not open /dev/vmnet0: No such file or directory
Failed to connect virtual device Ethernet0.

Por lo que me ha llevado a deducir, que el dispositivo de la tarjeta de red no es ése.. Y ahí es donde entran ustedes ¿cúal dispositivo debo elegir?

Y bueno, ya que esoty, me gustaría preguntar qué opción debo escoger a la hora de conectar a internet a través del pc emulado... ¿Debo coger Bridget, NAT, HOST-ONLY? ¿Para qué sirve cada cosa? Por si sirve de información, mi Guadalinex está conectado a internet a través de un router.


la configuración que he puesto al ejecutar vmware-config.pl es la siguiente:

No sé qué pasa, que si configuro vmware de l forma anterior, después no me deja arrancarlo:

vmware is installed, but it has not been (correctly) configured
for this system. To (re-)configure it, invoke the following command:
/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl.

Pero si le digo que no quiero configurar el acceso a red, arranca perfectamente, sólo que no me detecta la tarjeta de red nunca...

¿Qué puedo hacer?
